1. Program Description
Qira provides SMS messaging to dental practices and their patients for appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up instructions, task notifications, and account-related alerts. Messages are sent on behalf of dental practices that use the Qira platform.
2. Opt-In
Consent to receive messages is obtained as follows:
- Practices: Consent is provided via contract and onboarding agreement when subscribing to Qira services.
- Patients: Consent is obtained by the practice through patient intake forms, in-office consent, web forms, or other means as required by applicable law.
By providing your phone number to a dental practice using Qira, you agree to receive text messages related to your appointments and care from that practice, powered by Qira.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity and practice usage. You may receive messages for appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-up care instructions, and account notifications.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
5. Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying any of the following keywords to any message:
You will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
6. Help
For help with text messages, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@goqira.com.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service availability and message delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control.
8. Data Use
We use your phone number and message content only to provide messaging services as described above and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information or messaging consent to third parties, excluding providers necessary to deliver the messaging service.
